aku dan diet.

seperti biasa, balik dari kelas tadi, terus aku pergi timbang berat.
seolah2 aku dan penimbang tu da macam member baik. haha!
harini hanya 3 jam di MOSEA, after finishing the practical, rushing to my motorcycle and speed away to home. gerimis? takpe, tu pun kawan baik aku jugak buat masa ni.
Lencun jugak la sweater belang2 aku tu. sampai rumah, aku mandi, terus berbungkus dalam sweater
polkadot kelabu putih. sweater ni pun da lekat bau aku. ada bau rose, garnier, vaselin, ralph lauren semua melekat. *sigh!

kenapa aku nak diet? kenapa aku selalu skip lunch by the time my friends ask me to go out for lunch?
perlu ke aku nak diet?
hell yeah! ya, memang aku perlu diet. sebab...

1. skirt kesayangan aku da tak muat, mak aku plak bising suh diet. haha!
2. i'm 75kg now, and i want my 70kg back. at least. >.<
3. for my health, for sure.
4. to get better BMI. perhaps. :D
5. to ease my life. indeed. eh, jadi orang gemuk payah tau!

berat yang berjaya aku catatkan adalah sebanyak 86kg, masa aku nak SPM. phew~
but, bila masuk matriks, i lost about 10kg. no rice, no sweet drink. and after matriks i'm 69kg.
aku lost a few kg sebab frust bercinta, haha! the most miserable part in my life. ever.
Frankly, aku payah nak turun berat, also payah nak sakit. But, once i was sick, i can lost up to 5kg!
Kali terakhir aku sakit dalam rekod kesihatan aku, aku demam masa form 2, and i lost 3kg.
how i miss that moment! haha!! aku rindu nak demam =.="
bila lagi boleh manje2 ngan orang, time sakit je la boleh nk ngengada itu ini. hihi.

when there's a will, there's a way. aite?
i just want a healthy body. not overweight or obesity.


p/s: eh, berani kau nak buat liposuction eh? kelas kau jah!
